Do you provide a print service?
Yes. We work with market leading print providers who offer professional printing for all sizes and weight formats available from Leafletdrop.
How long does it take to print my leaflets?
Printing dates depend on when your distribution has been scheduled. The printing and delivery of your leaflets to either Royal Mail or Whistl Home Networks for distribution usually takes around a week.
How much does the printing of my leaflets cost?
This will depend on the size, weight and quantity required. If you know this information already, then you can use our price calculator to give an accurate price of printing your leaflets. Please note your final cost may increase if your campaign contains multiple delivery points or dates.
What paper weights can I order?
We offer three paper weight choices. Standard (90gsm), Premium (150gsm), Premium Plus (250gsm).
What is the difference in paper weights?
Paper quality is described by weight in GSM (grams per square metre). The higher the GSM number, the heavier the paper. 90gsm is the weight of typical household printer paper. 150gsm is sturdier with a premium feel and is often used for leaflets and flyers. 250gsm is thicker to the touch, stiffer but will still bend. We have provided three options to keep it simple for you, but please contact us if you have a specific GSM in mind which is not on the dropdown list. You can learn more about leaflet GSMs here.
What file type do I need to upload?
You will need to upload print ready artwork in the size you have ordered. The file type must be a PDF.
What size of leaflet can I order?

What is print ready artwork?
Print-ready artwork is the final file or files used by printers to produce your leaflets. The file(s) tick all the necessary requirements to produce high quality printed items. Click here to read more on Print-ready artwork.
I am using the 'Print and Distribution' service. Will this affect the timings of my distribution dates?
No. You will need to select a date three weeks in advance for either service option and the printing will be completed within this time.
Will I see a finished copy of my leaflet?
You will receive a digital proof prior to the print run. If you would like a printed copy of your printed item by post please get in touch.
I don’t have a leaflet design yet, do you offer a design service?
Yes, we work with professional designers who are experts at creating the best leaflet for you. If you would like us to design your leaflet, please click the following link and complete the form. We will then be in contact with you shortly. Alternatively, tune into your creative flare and use our templates to create your masterpiece online. What is the additional version charge?
Our version service is just what you need when you want various artwork versions for a single campaign. It comes in handy, especially if you have unique offers or QR codes for different areas.
Using this service involves some extra steps with our printers to make sure everything looks great. Each additional version comes with a small extra charge highlighted in your checkout cost summary.
What is the print shipping fee?
This fee covers the transportation of your printed materials from the printer to Royal Mail for distribution. In certain cases, your campaign may involve multiple Royal Mail delivery points (WBC). Additionally, if you have multiple week-commencing dates, we may need to make multiple visits to the WBC. It's worth noting that every campaign includes a complimentary delivery.
