How much does a design cost?
All designs are priced individually based on a number of aspects however prices start from around £200.
Do you have tick and bleed guides?
If you are using our design online service, all templates contain a danger zone/trim. Whilst creating your masterpiece, you will see a red dotted line, this is the trim/danger zone for imagery and text. It is imperative that all imagery and text do not go outside this zone. However, your creative background colour (if applicable) must exceed this, you will need to take your background colour over the edge of the creative.

I need to make a change to my existing creative not designed by you, can you help me?
We would love to help you! Please reach out to us to discuss the change required and we will let you know how long this will take and come back to you with a price.
What If I want to make a change to my creative after you have sent me the first draft?
That’s fine, we want to make sure your leaflet is exactly as you want it, we will discuss amends with you and liaise with our designers to get it spot on! Your quote will include three minor amends. Major changes will be requoted to you. Please note, once we have received final approval from you, no further changes can be made.
Will I see the final proof before you go to print?
Yep! We will email you the final proof for you to check and approve in writing, confirming you are happy and that no further amends are required.
How long does it take to design my creative?
We recommend you allow 3-5 days for our designer to work their magic, each round of amends may then take up to 48 hours. However, if you have tight deadline, please talk this through with us.
I would like you to design my creative but I don't know when I want to book my distribution yet, is that ok?
No problem! You don't have to book print or distribution if you only want to use our design service. We can send you print ready artwork for you to keep safe until you are ready.
How much do you charge per template?
Diddlysquat, this is an entirely free service for our customers, a little thank you from us to you. You will need a free account though. Register online today.
Can I save my templates in my Artwork Library?
Of course! On the navigation bar you will see the 'Artwork library' within that you will find all your saved artworks and templates ready for uploading to your next campaign. Did you know from here you could also edit your template or download or rename a creative, just click on the three black dots next to the item name. When renaming, we advise you call it something linking to your campaign and include the spec size i.e. A5 half fold.
