The Alzheimer's Society boost donations with Door drops
With the number of dementia patients on the rise in the UK, Alzheimer’s Society wanted to raise awareness through a Leaflet campaign. The key aims were to reach both new and existing users, boost overall response rate and deliver a return on marketing investment
Planning their Charity Leaflet campaign
The Alzheimer's Society built a refined target audience using exisiting donor data. Over 350K homes was selected nationally for the test. The creative led with a Cash Ask but included a secondary Regular ask too.
The campaign results
The campaign achieved a response rate of 0.15% which was a +27% uplift from previous campaigns and a ROMI of £1.37, which was an increase of 50%.
Following the success of the campaign doordrop volumes have continued to grow
