The results from our 2018 Customer satisfaction survey are in!
Knowing what our customers think of us and our service overall is very important to us. It is great to know that a huge 92% of you are satisfied or very satisfied. Since the launch of Leafletdrop in January 2018 we have strived to make improvements and it’s wonderful to see this reflected in your comments.
The survey also highlights areas that require improvements and these insights are just as vital to us to continue to improve our online leaflet advertising tool and overall service. For a breakdown of the survey results please see the image below:

- The results from the survey have been shared with the team so everyone understands where we can make improvements and what we are great at.
- We are focusing on areas that didn’t meet our expectations.
- An action plan has already been created and is being acted on to ensure we improve those areas we are not so good at.
